The location was perfect, and we could reach b-Flat by walking. The room was good sized and bright with good bathrooms, comfortable beds and both blankets. The staff were very friendly and efficient and know their duties.
The room was not quiet.

The stay was primarily to explore Berlin's iconic attractions like the Berliner Fernsehturm, which is just a short walk away. I particularly appreciated how spacious and clean the room was. The proximity to many shops and restaurants added convenience to our stay, allowing us to enjoy local cuisine easily.

Good location and surprisingly good variety for breakfast. Free wi-fi is also a great benefit.
The airconditioner in the room didn't work. But the weather was nice enough that it didn't matter. But would've been nice to have the option.

Access to local attractions, strategic location near transport hubs, spacious family room
Noise disturbances from nearby trams and clubs!!! Parking is a bit overpriced for the area!!! The building appears old and could use a facelift!!!

Excellent location, 5 mins from Alexanderplatz (trains direct from Schoenefeld). Staff was helpful. Included breakfast was Ok, although no hot food: cereal, ham, salami, fruit, yoghurt, bread, coffe, orange juice.
Elevator was not working. I had to use the stairs to get to the 6th floor. I reserved a 'double' bedroom, which actually was two single beds next to each other. The beds were not attached together, so a gap between them was constantly opening up.

The location is excellent and rooms nice and clean. Price was not bad either.
Soundproofing is not that great -- you can here the traffic all night.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the good breakfast options. Location was excellent for walking to attractions and catching transport.
The room felt a bit cramped during busy times. Could use better soundproofing from outside noise.

Location
When booking the room I especially asked for a quiet room. What I got, was the noisiest room on the streetside! Be sure to take earplugs with you, the noise from the trams is awful and the walls are very thin.
